Refund policy

Returns and Refunds

We understand that sometimes you simply change your mind. We provide a 14 day refund/exchange policy for all goods. In case of a return, goods must be returned in original packaging, unmarked and in unused condition. If the goods are not returned in their original condition, a 15% re-packaging fee will apply. We will inspect all items returned to make sure they are in their original condition. If so, Kinesi Living will process your refund within 7 working days using your original payment method.

Any damage or faults on products must be advised within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
